Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Zaroken Roje, we offer flexible purchase options like Pre-orders to ensure you can secure our latest products. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

1. Pre-orders

When you purchase a product as a Pre-order, you are buying an item that is currently out of stock or soon to be available but not yet in our warehouse.

  • Payment: At checkout, we may either authorize your payment method for the full amount or charge a partial deposit. Any remaining balance will be charged automatically when the item is ready for distribution.

  • Cancellation: You have the right to cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once cancelled, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return or refund once you receive the item, in accordance with our standard 30-day Return Policy.

2. Customized Pre-orders

Please note that if a pre-ordered item is also customized (e.g., a jersey with a custom name or number), the following applies:

  • Once production of your customized item has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the item is being made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

3. How to Cancel

Please include your Order Number in the subject line to ensure a quick processing of your cancellation.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
