Return & Refund Policy

At Zaroken Roje, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn and unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Hygiene & Health Notice: In accordance with consumer protection laws and hygiene requirements, items that have been used or worn cannot be returned. If an item is returned in a used state, the return will be rejected.

 


2. Exceptions: Customized & Personalized Items

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal or return for customized or personalized products (such as shirts with custom names, numbers, or special design requests).

  • Reason: These items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold as there is no guarantee they can be sold to another customer.

  • Exception: Returns are only accepted if the customized item arrives defective or damaged.

 


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Used or worn items (due to hygiene regulations).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

 


4. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at zarokenroje.shop@gmail.com.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims for damaged or incorrect items should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note this does not apply to personalized items or hygiene-sealed goods that have been opened.

 


8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at zarokenroje.shop@gmail.com.
