Worldwide Shipping

Zaroken Roje offers worldwide shipping to most international destinations. Please note that shipping fees vary depending on your location — shipping is not free, and the cost will be added as a separate fee at checkout. Delivery times also vary based on your country and region.


International Standard Delivery

Standard delivery may be handled by your local mail carrier and may not always include tracking. If a trackable service is available, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package.
Orders are typically delivered within 10–20 working days, depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may take up to 25 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.


International Express Delivery

Express delivery offers a fully trackable service. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, though delivery may take up to 10 working days depending on your location. Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.


Personalized or Made-to-Order Items

Orders containing personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, regardless of the selected delivery method.
For untracked shipments, please notify us within 45 working days of the shipment date if your order has not arrived. After this period, we cannot guarantee further assistance regarding the location of your package.


Additional Information

Orders to Mexico: A valid Tax ID (RFC) is required for all shipments to Mexico. The shipping carrier will contact you to collect this information before final delivery.

Customs & Duties: All items are shipped from Sweden. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Zaroken Roje is not liable for these charges.

Different Stock Availability: If your order contains items with varying availability times, your order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delays may occur due to:

  • Pre-orders or temporarily out-of-stock items

  • Payment verification checks

  • Additional processing time for personalized products


Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be divided into multiple shipments due to:

  • Large order quantities

  • Items with different production or event release dates

  • Items shipped directly from manufacturers

  • Items stored in different facilities

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each shipment. Only one shipping fee is applied, and items will be delivered as they become available.
